Ciridae Secures $20M Funding for AI Transformation Solutions

Ciridae’s Ambitious Vision for AI Integration

In a significant leap towards operational transformation, Ciridae has successfully raised $20 million in seed funding, spearheaded by Accel with contributions from Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, Sunflower Capital, and Backcountry Ventures. Founded in 2025 by former tech executives Jack Soslow and Jack Weissenberger, Ciridae aims to empower mid-market businesses by replacing outdated manual workflows with integrated AI-driven operational solutions.

Transforming Industries with AI

Ciridae’s founders bring a wealth of experience from leading tech companies. Soslow, a former partner at Andreessen Horowitz, and Weissenberger, who has held various engineering leadership roles at Salesforce, have identified a critical gap in the AI landscape. “We built Ciridae to solve one of the quieter failures of the AI boom: the companies that stand to benefit most from AI have no way of actually adopting it,” Soslow stated. The company’s approach emphasizes developing tailored software systems for sectors such as logistics, healthcare, construction, and home services.

Competitive Edge in the Market

Unlike many competitors focusing on broad enterprise software, Ciridae targets mid-market businesses with customized operational processes. The company’s streamlined implementation can transform core workflows in as little as two weeks, a stark contrast to the typical 18-month timeframe seen in the industry.

Ciridae has already begun partnerships with private equity firms that manage assets exceeding $1.3 trillion. Remarkably, just months after its launch, the company achieved a high seven-figure revenue run rate while remaining cash-flow positive.

The Future of Operational Transformation

Ciridae plans to expand its influence among private equity-backed firms and develop the Ciridae AI Index, a benchmarking tool for operational transformation. As Christine Esserman, partner at Accel, aptly noted, “The old playbook of financial engineering without operational transformation is breaking. AI is the new lever.” This forward-thinking approach positions Ciridae as a vital partner for businesses seeking to innovate and thrive in an increasingly competitive landscape.
