CUPERTINO — Unframe secured $50 million in a Series B funding round on Tuesday, according to the company based in Cupertino. Highland Europe led the financing, which brings the total capital raised by Unframe to $100 million since its founding in 2024.
Shay Levi, Larissa Schneider, and Adi Azarya established the managed AI delivery platform to compete with traditional consulting firms such as Accenture, IBM, and McKinsey. Unframe achieved $100 million in total contract value within its first twelve months of operations, while reporting a 400 percent net revenue retention rate, the company said.
Enterprise clients can deploy the platform in multiple environments, including on-premises systems, customer cloud accounts, or managed SaaS. Jacob Bernstein, a principal at Highland Europe, said in a statement that decision-makers at companies struggle with executing AI use cases after identifying them. Unframe employs roughly 120 staff members across offices located in Cupertino, Tel Aviv, and Berlin, per the company.
The startup utilizes an outcome-based pricing model that allows clients to verify satisfaction before committing to standard software subscriptions. Approximately 50 percent of all clients have transitioned into paid contracts under this commercial structure, according to the Cupertino enterprise.
Unframe will allocate the $50 million injection toward expanding its senior leadership team and enhancing delivery capacity for its open platform named The Framery. The funding round closes as the firm continues scaling its managed AI delivery operations globally from its California headquarters.
