SAN FRANCISCO — RadixArk secured $100 million in seed funding on Tuesday, pushing its corporate valuation to $400 million according to a formal company announcement issued from the headquarters. The massive financing round for the artificial intelligence startup drew heavy capital contributions from prominent venture capital investors including Accel, Spark Capital, and multinational chip manufacturer Nvidia, which participated alongside the founding backers in the transaction.
Company executives said the fresh capital will directly fund the commercialization of SGLang, an open-source artificial intelligence inference engine built specifically for hyperscale applications. Demand for high-performance computing tools has surged across the technology sector, prompting RadixArk to scale its core operational infrastructure by 100 percent over the next 12 months to meet incoming customer workloads and handle massive data volumes.
Strategic backing from Nvidia will provide hardware integration expertise to enhance the computational capabilities of SGLang, the company said in a statement on Tuesday. Accel and Spark Capital contributed substantial financial resources and deep industry networks to support RadixArk as it rapidly expands its engineering team by 50 specialized workers based out of the main office in San Francisco.
Artificial intelligence infrastructure startups attracted over $4 billion in venture capital financing during the first quarter of 2026, positioning RadixArk within a crowded market of direct competitors. Multiple industry rivals have launched competing inference engines over the past 12 months, increasing competitive pressure on RadixArk to deploy its newly secured $100 million war chest across various software engineering projects before the end of the year.
RadixArk did not disclose a precise timeline for a subsequent Series A funding round, nor did the firm specify exact financial revenue targets for SGLang by the end of 2026. Representatives for Accel and Spark Capital declined to comment further on the specific transaction terms finalized on Tuesday afternoon in San Francisco after weeks of negotiations.
