In a significant move for the enterprise AI landscape, Unframe, a managed AI delivery platform based in Cupertino, has successfully raised $50 million in its Series B funding round. The funding, led by Highland Europe, brings Unframe’s total funding to $100 million since its inception.

Founded in 2024 by industry veterans Shay Levi, Larissa Schneider, and Adi Azarya, Unframe has quickly established itself as a key player in transforming AI use cases into production-ready solutions. The company achieved an impressive $100 million in total contract value within its first twelve months and reported a remarkable 400% net revenue retention.
Unframe’s primary pitch is to offer enterprises tailored AI solutions that can be implemented in days, a stark contrast to the lengthy and costly processes typically associated with major consulting firms like Accenture, IBM, and McKinsey.
Innovative Delivery Model
The startup’s unique delivery model allows solutions to run in various environments—whether in the customer’s cloud, on-premises, or as managed SaaS. Notably, Unframe ensures that no customer data leaves the enterprise without explicit consent, addressing data privacy concerns effectively.
Additionally, Unframe’s outcome-based pricing model shifts commercial risk away from customers, allowing them to confirm satisfaction before committing to a standard subscription. The company reports that around 50% of its clients have transitioned to paid contracts.
