United Flow Technologies (UFT), a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital, has completed its acquisition of Sydnor Hydro. Sydnor Hydro, founded in 1889, provides pump distribution and repair services across the Mid-Atlantic region.

The acquisition significantly boosts UFT‘s reach in Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Maryland. UFT‘s CEO, Matt Hart, highlighted Sydnor Hydro‘s extensive experience and reputation for high-quality service. He emphasized the strategic importance of this acquisition in enhancing UFT‘s overall capabilities.

Sydnor Hydro serves a diverse clientele, including federal, state, and municipal governments, as well as commercial and industrial customers.
