Midea Group, a Fortune Global 500 company, unveiled its XPRESS MASTER kitchen technology suite at the IFA 2025 trade show in Berlin. The company highlighted the collection’s ability to help consumers prepare meals efficiently, even with busy schedules.
A central theme of the XPRESS MASTER line is its emphasis on time-saving features. The induction cooktop, for instance, uses XpressHeat technology for rapid heating, allowing for quick preparation of various dishes. Intelligent settings prevent common cooking mishaps, such as boil-overs.
The Dual-Zone Air Fryer offers another example of time-saving design. Its two independent chambers permit simultaneous cooking of different foods at distinct temperatures without flavor crossover, addressing the challenges of preparing diverse meals.
For special occasions, the XpressGrill Steak Oven uses graphene heating and a cast iron pan to achieve restaurant-quality searing without the need for flipping the meat. This feature streamlines the process of preparing gourmet meals at home.
Beyond these individual appliances, the XPRESS MASTER collection demonstrates a cohesive design philosophy. The twin convection oven, for example, allows for simultaneous cooking of different dishes without flavor contamination. The combination oven integrates several cooking functions into a single unit, promoting efficiency. Even the smart range hood automatically adjusts its performance to maintain optimal cooking conditions.
Additional appliances within the XPRESS MASTER line include a light meal cooker for quick and healthy dishes, a micro pressure cooker for convenient weeknight meals, and a built-in compact oven for reheating food. Midea emphasized the value of time in modern life and positioned the XPRESS MASTER as a solution for those seeking to optimize their cooking routines.
