MagicLab showcased its MagicBot Z1 humanoid and MagicDog quadruped robots at IFA Berlin 2025. The robots demonstrated impressive agility and capabilities, highlighting MagicLab's advancements in embodied AI. The company plans to expand globally.

MagicLab, a leading developer of embodied artificial intelligence, introduced its latest robotic creations at the IFA consumer electronics show in Berlin. The company’s flagship products, the MagicBot Z1 bipedal humanoid robot and the MagicDog quadruped robot, were the highlights of their exhibition.

The MagicDog robot performed a series of impressive feats, including backflips and handstand walks, and even improvised dance routines to live music. Its interactive capabilities were equally noteworthy, as it responded to user touch and exhibited agile movements thanks to its thirteen joints.

The MagicBot Z1 robot showcased remarkable dexterity and power. Its wide range of motion and high torque allowed it to perform actions such as waving, greeting, and recovering from falls. The robot’s learning capabilities were also showcased; it can acquire new skills rapidly using a hybrid learning framework.

MagicLab emphasized the practical applications of its robots. The MagicDog, for example, is designed for home use, offering companionship, entertainment, and security features such as autonomous patrol and parcel delivery. Its open API allows for further customization by developers.

The MagicBot Z1, powered by MagicLab‘s multimodal large language model, “MagicLab Mix,” is envisioned for a wide array of roles, including research, guiding, entertainment, and companionship.

MagicLab executives stated their intention to expand their global reach through events such as IFA. The company aims to establish a robust sales and distribution network to bring their robots to a wider audience worldwide.

MagicLab is a company dedicated to research, manufacturing, and industrial application of embodied AI and general-purpose humanoid robots. They have developed a complete suite of hardware and software technologies, with in-house manufacturing of key components. Their robots are already in mass production and delivery. The company’s presence at IFA 2025 marked a significant step in their global expansion strategy.
