White Lodging announced that Jason Druso has returned to the company as its new Regional Vice President. He will manage a diverse selection of White Lodging hotels and restaurants nationwide.
Druso previously worked for White Lodging from 2015 to early 2025, most recently as Vice President of Food & Beverage. In his previous tenure, he played a significant role in developing and launching over 50 independently branded restaurants and bars. He also established a key research and development kitchen that remains central to White Lodging‘s culinary innovation.
Chris Anderson, Chief Operating Officer of White Lodging, highlighted Druso‘s substantial contribution to the company’s food and beverage transformation. He noted Druso’s experience is well-suited to White Lodging’s urban and lifestyle properties, emphasizing his consistent improvements in quality, guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Druso expressed his enthusiasm about rejoining White Lodging, citing the company’s portfolio and operational approach as inspirational. He aims to contribute to the company’s ongoing growth and enhance its industry reputation.
Before his initial stint at White Lodging, Druso worked for Winegardner & Hammons, progressing through various general manager roles at prominent hotels. He also held management positions in several leading steakhouses and worked as a restaurant consultant and entrepreneur.
White Lodging, founded in 1985 by the late Bruce White, is a major privately held hospitality company specializing in urban and lifestyle properties. The company’s portfolio includes approximately 60 premium hotels, a collection of luxury ranches, 50 restaurants, and 10 rooftop bars, primarily located in cities like Austin, Chicago, Denver, Nashville, Indianapolis, and Louisville.
