iconectiv showcased its latest network intelligence and call routing and blocking solutions at the Competitive Carriers Association (CCA) Annual Convention in San Antonio, Texas from September 15-17, 2025. The company emphasized its commitment to helping communications service providers (CSPs) navigate the challenges of increasing fraud, operational costs, and regulatory compliance.
The company’s booth featured several key platforms. TruNumber® Protect, an award-winning solution, provides real-time phone number intelligence to help CSPs identify and block suspicious calls and texts, including those from invalid or unallocated numbers. This helps CSPs meet regulatory mandates like the FCC‘s Do Not Originate (DNO) rule.
Another highlighted platform was TruOps® Telecom Routing Administration (TRA). This comprehensive number management platform offers centralized call routing, rating, billing, and numbering assignments for the U.S., Canada, and the Caribbean. This enables CSPs to make informed decisions, troubleshoot call completion issues, and optimize network routing. iconectiv also previewed new innovations in alternating routing and network redundancy.
TruOps® Common Language® was also presented. This platform uses standardized nomenclature for equipment, locations, services, and virtual functions, streamlining operations and improving data accuracy for CSPs. It also helps improve energy efficiency by identifying dormant assets and areas of network over-engineering.
Peter Ford, Executive Vice President at iconectiv, stated that the integrity of communication networks is essential for customer trust. He highlighted the need for CSPs to utilize modern tools to meet evolving regulations and security threats while maintaining seamless service. iconectiv‘s solutions, he explained, aim to help CSPs of all sizes enhance compliance, protect customers, and streamline operations. The solutions ultimately contribute to more secure and reliable connections within an increasingly complex telecom environment.
iconectiv representatives were available at the convention to discuss these solutions further. The company also provides additional information online and through various media channels.
