Strategic partnership announcement
Horoz Lojistik announced through the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) that it has entered into a strategic partnership with Temu to manage deliveries for high-volume products sold on the platform. According to the statement, the cooperation covers items above 100 desi or 30 kilograms, which will be transported across Turkey with a focus on speed and security.
Company officials indicated that this collaboration is expected to generate a positive impact on both revenue and profitability, highlighting that e-commerce logistics for bulky products requires tailored solutions.
Scope of the cooperation
Under the agreement, Horoz Lojistik will serve as the logistics partner for Temu’s heavy and large-sized parcels in Turkey. The company underlined that beyond basic delivery, the cooperation is also designed to create broader synergies in the field of e-commerce logistics.

Financial expectations
The KAP filing pointed out that the new arrangement is expected to bring a positive contribution to Horoz Lojistik’s financial performance, particularly in turnover and profitability. The company sees this step as an opportunity to expand its e-commerce logistics operations in line with Turkey’s rapidly evolving digital retail landscape.
Industry observers consider this agreement a sign of rising cooperation between global e-commerce platforms and local logistics providers, as online retail players continue to seek efficient last-mile delivery solutions in major markets like Turkey.
