Grande Lakes Orlando Unveils Fall Festivities

Grande Lakes Orlando announced its "Fall at Grande Lakes" festival, featuring family-friendly activities, culinary events, and special spa treatments. The resort will also host Thanksgiving events and a holiday ice-skating rink.

Grande Lakes Orlando, a sprawling luxury resort in Florida, is hosting a series of fall events and activities. The centerpiece is the “Fall at Grande Lakes” festival, a weekend celebration with activities for families and local residents.

The festival, taking place on October 11th and 12th, will offer a variety of autumn-themed activities. Guests can enjoy laser skeet shooting, archery, pumpkin decorating, and canoeing. Children’s activities include face painting and a petting zoo. Local vendors will also be present, offering unique goods.

Resort guests will have exclusive access to the festival on both days, while local residents can attend on October 12th with a day pass.

Halloween celebrations will include a trick-or-treat adventure at the JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, and a special evening of entertainment at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. The latter will feature a performance by illusionist Drew Thomas, a finalist on America’s Got Talent.

Grande Lakes Orlando will continue its seasonal celebrations into Thanksgiving. A 5k run will precede the viewing of the Macy’s Day Parade at the resort’s Knife Burger. Multiple dining options will be available, ranging from buffets to more upscale dining experiences. Post-dinner, guests can enjoy fireside activities and ice skating – the only resort ice rink in Florida.

The resort’s culinary offerings will feature several special events throughout the fall. Primo restaurant will host a Campari dinner series, offering a four-course meal with cocktail pairings. Knife & Spoon will host a “Culinary Masters” dinner featuring a collaboration of award-winning chefs. This exclusive event will feature dishes from renowned chefs including Ryan Ratino, Tung Phan, John Tesar, Melissa Kelly, and Stephane Cheramy, paired with wines from Paul Hobbs.

Guests staying on the club level at The Ritz-Carlton will have access to exclusive seasonal experiences. These include a wellness weekend, a Thanksgiving feast, and a lantern release event.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa will offer seasonal spa treatments, such as the Autumn Harvest Glow and Amber Bourbon Body Glow, along with a special “Spa After Dark” event.
