Furthering her education, she earned a Post-Graduate Certificate in Global Business from the University of Chester in the United Kingdom in 2017. Most recently, she completed her Juris Doctor at Saint Louis University School of Law in 2023, where she distinguished herself as an 1843 Scholar and received an Academic Excellence Award for her work in Transactional Drafting. Additionally, Ms. Duncan expanded her international legal perspective by studying International Business Law at the Université Paris Dauphine – PSL. She is now licensed to practice law in Missouri.
On the other hand, Aubrey Manculich Gatter adds a unique blend of mathematics and international studies to the firm. She graduated magna cum laude from Western Oregon University with a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics and International Studies in 2019. Following this, she obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia School of Law in 2025, concentrating on tax law. During her time in law school, Ms. Manculich Gatter took on leadership roles, including serving as an executive member of the Women’s Law Association and as an Associate Managing Editor for The Business, Entrepreneurial & Tax Law Review.
