FTI Consulting Appoints Hitesh Tak in Singapore

FTI Consulting has appointed Hitesh Tak as a Senior Managing Director in its Singapore office. Tak brings over 25 years of experience in operational improvements and strategic planning across various sectors in Southeast Asia. This appointment strengthens FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment in the region.

FTI Consulting announced the addition of Hitesh Tak to its team as a Senior Managing Director within the Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. He will be based in Singapore.

Tak‘s extensive experience, spanning more than 25 years, focuses on strategy, operations, and performance enhancement. His expertise covers a wide range of industries, including diversified industrials, automotive, agri-commodities, mining, logistics, construction, and private equity. He has a proven track record of advising both public and private sector organizations throughout Southeast Asia.

In his new role, Tak will collaborate with business leaders, investors, and government stakeholders. His primary focus will be on improving operational resilience and maximizing value in complex situations.

Martin Wong, Senior Managing Director and Head of Southeast Asia Corporate Finance & Restructuring at FTI Consulting, expressed enthusiasm about the appointment. Tak has held numerous senior leadership roles across Asia. His experience also includes transformation programs for government entities and ministries, along with significant value creation projects for multinational and regional private sector clients.
