Fibr AI raises $7.5M seed to build the Agentic Web

Fibr AI lands $7.5M to make websites adapt in real time

Fibr AI, a San Francisco-based startup, has raised $7.5 million in seed funding to build what it calls the Agentic Web—a model where every URL functions as an intelligent, context-aware experience rather than a static page.

The round was led by Accel, with participation from WillowTree Ventures and MVP Ventures, alongside angel investors described as operators from Fortune 100 companies. The company said it will use the capital to expand its product and accelerate development of one-to-one web experiences at scale.

Turning static pages into “living” experiences

Most sites still present the same page to every visitor, regardless of whether they arrive from an ad, search, recommendation engine, or an AI assistant. Fibr AI argues that this mismatch creates broken user journeys, wasted marketing spend, and lost revenue—especially as more traffic originates from conversational AI tools and large language model-driven advertising.

Founded by Ankur Goyal and Pritam Roy, the company’s agentic website optimization platform aims to transform high-traffic consumer websites into adaptive systems. It does so by turning each URL into an “intelligent agent” that can respond to user context in real time for both human visitors and AI agents.

“Marketing has become intelligent everywhere except the website,” said Ankur Goyal, CEO and co-founder of Fibr AI, adding that the goal is to make the website an active part of the growth stack for marketers and CMOs.

Why investors are paying attention

Prayank Swaroop, partner at Accel, said legacy CMS infrastructure is effective for publishing but not for real-time adaptation—an increasingly visible gap as users arrive with higher intent from conversational discovery platforms like ChatGPT and LLM-driven ads.

Fibr AI said its platform is already being used by large enterprises, including Fortune 50 banks, across sectors such as banking, financial services, and healthcare.
