Stephanie (Mengjie) Hu, Co-Head of Investment Banking and Head of Asia for D. Boral Capital, will be a featured speaker at the Asia GO IPO Summit 2025. The summit, co-hosted by Nasdaq and MarcumAsia, will take place on September 12th at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Hong Kong.
The one-day seminar focuses on helping Asian companies successfully list on U.S. capital markets. Attendees will include executives, venture capitalists, private equity representatives, and advisors from innovative Asian firms.
Hu brings over a decade of experience in investment banking and financial services to the event. She has overseen more than 100 transactions totaling over $4 billion. Her expertise spans a wide range of financial products, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, private placements, and mergers and acquisitions.
At the summit, Hu will participate in a panel titled “Tapping the Markets: Shelf Offerings, ATMs, and PIPEs.” This panel will delve into the intricacies of these financing methods.
