Cushman & Wakefield appoints Tony Coskren and Brian Pinch to enhance industrial investment sales across New England, effective October 14, 2025.

Cushman & Wakefield has announced the addition of two seasoned professionals, Tony Coskren and Brian Pinch, to its Boston office as Vice Chairs. This strategic move, effective October 14, 2025, is aimed at enhancing the firm’s industrial investment sales capabilities throughout the Greater Boston area and the broader New England region. Both Coskren and Pinch will collaborate closely with the firm’s National Industrial Advisory Group, focusing on expanding the industrial investment sales platform while also boosting leasing efforts in this vital market segment.

Both industry veterans come to Cushman & Wakefield after their tenure at Newmark, where they were executive managing directors. Their experience includes executing over 120 million square feet of transactions, with a focus on institutional investment sales and leasing across various sectors such as warehousing, manufacturing, food and beverage, last-mile delivery, and e-commerce. Additionally, both have contributed to the development of JLL‘s industrial platform in the Northeast, further solidifying their expertise in the field.
