BearingPoint and ABeam Consulting have established a new joint venture in the United States, significantly expanding their existing strategic alliance. The venture, operating under the BearingPoint brand as BearingPoint NA LLC, will be based in Chicago.
The new entity aims to provide comprehensive SAP consulting and implementation services throughout the Americas, with a primary focus on the US market. This includes a full range of SAP services, encompassing business consulting, technical implementation, managed services, and intellectual property-based product offerings.
This collaboration builds upon a strengthened alliance announced in July 2025, broadening the reach of both consulting firms’ global business transformation services across Europe, Asia, and the Americas. The joint venture combines the strengths of both firms, aiming to become a leading provider of SAP-powered digital transformation solutions.
The joint venture will serve clients in the United States, Europe, and Japan, targeting specific sectors including automotive and industrial, chemicals, life sciences and resources, and consumer goods and retail. Its approach will leverage the parent companies’ deep industry knowledge, delivery capabilities, and proven transformation assets.
BearingPoint, an SAP Gold Partner with numerous awards, including SAP Pinnacle Awards, brings decades of experience and a substantial track record of successful SAP projects. Combined with ABeam’s strong presence in Asia, the venture boasts a collective experience of over 1,500 SAP projects across 78 countries. The partnership also unites approximately 15,000 professionals, offering clients a comprehensive global transformation capability.
The joint venture’s strategic approach, termed “Strategic Navigation,” emphasizes a blend of human insight, industry expertise, and technology to guide clients through complex transformations. This methodology aligns with BearingPoint’s broader Strategy 2030 framework, which focuses on global scaling and technology-enabled consulting.

Both BearingPoint and ABeam Consulting offer a wide range of management consulting services globally.
