To combat this, Spacial recently secured $10 million in seed funding, primarily led by TLV Partners, with contributions from Mango Capital, Re Angels, and HTV. This financial backing will facilitate the expansion of their AI capabilities and bolster their sales and customer success teams to meet the growing demand from architects, builders, and design professionals.
Since its launch, Spacial has reported a remarkable 300% increase in revenue, currently managing over 140 active projects across the nation. The company operates with a workforce of more than 20 professionals, based in their headquarters in Palo Alto and an R&D center in Tel Aviv.
A Mission to Transform Construction
The co-founders, Maor Greenberg and Ami Avrahami, are driven by a shared vision to modernize the construction sector. Greenberg, who leads a vertically integrated real estate firm, brings nearly two decades of experience in the industry. Avrahami, with over 20 years in tech entrepreneurship, has co-founded several real estate technology ventures. They aim to eliminate the traditional bottlenecks that have plagued construction projects, such as slow permitting processes and design conflicts, by employing AI to create permit-ready plans swiftly and accurately.
Their platform stands out by automating the conversion of 2D architectural designs into comprehensive 3D structural and MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) plans. This innovative technology not only detects design conflicts but also ensures compliance with local building codes, all under the supervision of licensed engineers.

As Spacial looks to the future, the recent investment will be pivotal in accelerating their AI development efforts, increasing operational capacity, and expanding their reach within the U.S. housing market, which remains relatively under-digitized. Avrahami emphasized their dedication to transforming the construction industry by creating a cohesive process that integrates design, engineering, and permitting, making residential construction more efficient and accessible.
With a portfolio of over 140 active projects, the team is committed to shortening the design-to-permit timeline, reducing costs, and promoting the sustainable construction of affordable homes.
