Guelph, Ontario-based Zentek Ltd. (Nasdaq: ZTEK, TSXV: ZEN) announced that Ilse Treurnicht stepped down from its board of directors. The resignation is effective immediately.
Treurnicht will transition to a role on Zentek‘s advisory board, continuing to support the company in a consulting capacity. Board Chair Eric Wallman noted her significant contributions to the board’s development over the past several years.
Following Treurnicht‘s departure, John Snisarenko assumed the role of company secretary and chair of the corporate governance, compensation, and nominating committee. These were previously held by Treurnicht.

Due to these changes, Zentek will revise and resend its proxy voting materials for the September 25th meeting. A separate press release will provide details on the updated nominee list and voting instructions.
