The company, headquartered in Irving, Texas, recognized the need for a consolidated system to improve compliance and mitigate risks across various departments. These include Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS), Procurement, Sustainability, Cybersecurity, and Transportation and Logistics.
Benjamin Zurita, Vice President of Procurement at Heidelberg Materials North America, explained that the decision aligns with the company’s commitment to ethical conduct and operational excellence. He emphasized that using ISNetworld will not only enhance safety and compliance but also strengthen the company’s overall accountability.
ISNetworld will provide Heidelberg Materials North America with improved visibility into contractor performance. This enhanced oversight will reduce administrative burdens and facilitate more informed decision-making. The company plans to integrate ISNetworld‘s application programming interface (API) with its internal systems later this year to further improve compliance and consistency across departments.
