Rao’s & PGA of America Partner for Exclusive Ryder Cup Dinner

Rao's, the famed New York restaurant, will host exclusive Ryder Cup dinners during the 2025 event at Bethpage Black. Crypto.com sponsors the four-night event, offering a unique culinary experience to a select group of attendees. This marks Rao's most ambitious pop-up yet.

The PGA of America is enhancing the 2025 Ryder Cup experience through a collaboration with Intersport’s Culinary Experiences Group and the renowned Rao’s restaurant. From September 25th to 28th, a limited number of guests will enjoy private dinners following each evening’s matches.

These exclusive dinners will meticulously recreate the atmosphere of Rao’s East Harlem location, replicating the décor and serving signature dishes. PGA of America Chief Commercial and Philanthropy Officer, Jeff Price, described the event as an unparalleled opportunity to combine the excitement of the Ryder Cup with Rao’s renowned culinary experience.

Rao’s, known for its challenging reservations and old-school charm, will offer its legendary Southern Italian cuisine for the first time at a Ryder Cup. Frank Pellegrino Jr., Rao’s co-owner, emphasized the restaurant’s commitment to family, tradition, and creating lasting memories, extending this ethos to the Ryder Cup audience.

The multi-course, family-style dinners, prepared by Executive Chef Dino Gatto, will be complemented by handcrafted cocktails, hors d’oeuvres, and Rao’s signature hospitality. Ron Straci, Rao’s co-owner, highlighted the significance of this event, noting that while Rao’s has participated in other sporting events through its partnership with REAL SLX, this Ryder Cup pop-up is its most ambitious endeavor to date.

Crypto.com, the sponsor of the event, expressed its pride in supporting this cultural experience, bringing together iconic brands and celebrating significant moments.
