Hypercycle Global has transferred its headquarters from the United States to Abu Dhabi, reinforcing the UAE’s growing role in advanced AI technologies.
New headquarters inaugurated at Emirates Palace
The company officially announced the move during a ceremony at the Emirates Palace Hotel on September 15. The event brought together Hypercycle’s founders and senior executives, alongside a number of Emirati investors who acquired strategic stakes in the company. According to management, this relocation is intended to accelerate the transfer of artificial intelligence technologies to the United Arab Emirates, expand partnerships with national institutions, and support the company’s international growth strategy.
Saliba: AI internet will underpin future business models
Toufic Saliba, CEO of Hypercycle and member of the Institute of Electrical Engineers, highlighted that demand for AI-based internet technologies already exceeds many other sectors. He explained that, just as water and oxygen are fundamental to human life, the emerging “Internet of AI” will soon be indispensable for businesses worldwide. Saliba emphasized that this shift will drive productivity and redefine how industries operate on a global scale.
Jounaid: Abu Dhabi provides a foundation for expansion
Wesam Jounaid, Executive Director of Hypercycle, noted that establishing operations in Abu Dhabi would significantly strengthen the company’s capacity to expand. He pointed out that local institutions and the broader investment community are eager to integrate the latest innovations into their business models, creating an environment that supports Hypercycle’s objectives in both technology and market reach.
A company valued at over USD 2.5 billion
Founded in the United States, Hypercycle Global was valued at more than USD 2.5 billion based on its 2024 financial results. The firm is advancing the concept of an “Internet of AI,” a secure network designed to allow AI agents to collaborate productively. Executives describe this framework as both a technological advancement and an economic system aimed at ensuring that clients share in the value created through artificial intelligence.
Expanding client base and adoption
Hypercycle reports that more than 1,000 companies now use its products across various sectors. Among them is a major platform serving over 65 million users through an application powered by Hypercycle’s technology. The company added that most of its clients have improved operational intelligence and achieved higher revenues by integrating its solutions.
Abu Dhabi’s growing role in global AI strategy
The decision to relocate followed a detailed review of international markets and geopolitical dynamics. By choosing Abu Dhabi as its headquarters, Hypercycle signals confidence in the UAE’s infrastructure, geographic location, and long-term commitment to innovation. This move places the company at the center of a region positioning itself as a key player in global technological development.
