Battery X Metals Showcases Tech at Everything Electric Canada

Battery X Metals will exhibit its lithium-ion battery rebalancing machine at Everything Electric Canada 2025 in Vancouver. The technology has shown significant range increases in tests on Nissan Leaf and electric trucks, indicating potential for substantial market impact.

Battery X Metals Inc. (CSE:BATX)(OTCQB:BATXF)(FSE:5YW, WKN:A40X9W) announced its participation in Everything Electric Canada 2025, a major electric vehicle (EV) industry event held in Vancouver from September 5th to 7th. The company will showcase its patent-pending lithium-ion battery rebalancing machine at booth B510.

The event, expected to attract numerous automotive and clean energy leaders, provides a valuable platform for Battery X Metals to network and explore partnerships. The company aims to increase awareness of its technology and explore commercialization opportunities.

Recent testing demonstrates the technology’s effectiveness. Trials on a Nissan Leaf battery pack resulted in the full recovery of capacity lost due to imbalance. Further tests on Class 3 electric trucks yielded substantial range increases—over 600% in some cases—after rebalancing, showcasing the technology’s potential across various EV platforms.

These results build upon earlier successes. A commercial revenue-sharing agreement with a Vancouver-based automotive service center marks the technology’s first commercial deployment, focusing on out-of-warranty Tesla vehicles. This agreement allows Battery X Rebalancing Technologies Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Battery X Metals, to generate near-term revenue while continuing product development and refinement.

Massimo Bellini Bressi, CEO of Battery X Metals, highlighted the event’s importance. He emphasized the technology’s potential to offer a comprehensive solution to real-world EV battery challenges. He expects the event will foster strategic relationships and contribute to broader market adoption.

The company plans to actively engage with key stakeholders in the automotive and clean energy sectors. This engagement is intended to accelerate the commercialization, scaling, and market distribution of its battery rebalancing technology. The company sees itself playing a significant role in the growth of the EV battery services market and contributing to the advancement of clean transportation.

The exhibit’s direct costs are estimated at CAD $4,800, excluding indirect costs.

The growing number of EVs presents a significant challenge—millions of vehicles are expected to reach the end of their warranty periods in the coming years, leading to increased demand for battery lifecycle solutions. Battery X Metals‘ technology directly addresses this challenge by extending battery life and reducing the need for costly replacements. The company’s technology has been validated by the National Research Council of Canada, further bolstering its credibility. This validation demonstrated the technology’s ability to effectively restore nearly all capacity lost due to cell imbalance.

This technology, focused on cell-level rebalancing, aims to make electric vehicle ownership more sustainable and cost-effective. By offering a scalable, cost-effective solution to battery degradation, Battery X Metals is positioning itself to become a key player in the rapidly expanding EV battery services market.
